Host keeps shutting down server because of the load and I have no idea what could cause this. I’ve removed plugins and changed themes.

the current wordpress installation there or any mods installed.

if u had upgraded from previous version of wordpress to 2.7 then u might have done some mistake

We can’t see the whole path.
If it’s a single file, you can get a copy of that file from a new download and just upload that to overwrite the bad one. It might work.
I would just delete the blog and reinstall on the same path. Somehow it got corrupted. All your data should be secure in your database.
Keep in mind that your blog could have been hacked. Look up security measures to protect it.
