That comes across as a double tax – first you are taxed by the government, only to have them, first of all, pay for their own inefficiencies, as well as paying the UN out of the countries’ existing budget and then paying AGAIN for the UN’s inefficiencies. If countries wanted to be more proactive with solar panels, wind turbines, turbines from rushing water, etc, a tax on fuel would have been implemented already.

Plus the oil industry won’t take any of that tree hugging green energy crap lying down.
